About the role
The Senior Compensation Analyst will support the administration and analysis of commissions and bonuses of the McKesson Medical-Surgical Field, Inside Sales, Lab, Health Systems, and Government teams.
Responsibilities
- Calculates compensation and incentive award payments of Sales personnel based on compensation plan and incentive program provisions.
- Analyze performance results, prepare incentive expense reports, presentations and recommendations for Sales, Finance, Category Management, and Marketing management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel and Access
