Finance Automation Lead - Power Platform and AI Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Finance Automation Specialist to lead the transformation of manual finance processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

• Build and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Automate workflows with Power Automate
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to enhance automation logic
• Collaborate with finance teams to identify automation opportunities
• Design automation strategies that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy
• Partner with accountants and finance leads to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Maintain best practices for solution architecture, data security, and compliance
• Document workflows and provide training to end users
• Stay current with Power Platform updates, AI trends, and finance transformation strategies

• Extensive expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong automation skills and mindset
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and external APIs
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities in Microsoft Copilot and their application in workflow automation
• Familiarity with finance processes such as reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
• Experience mentoring colleagues in a distributed knowledge model
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
