Compensation Programs Analyst

The Compensation Programs Analyst supports critical programs, infrastructure, and end-to-end delivery of compensation planning events and special projects.

• Manage governance processes related to job architecture and other compensation infrastructure
• Deliver ad hoc analytics to inform the direction of strategic projects
• Assist in execution of recurring compensation programs
• Maintain detailed project plans, document key decisions, and track milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates to monitor project health and portfolio performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining planning cycles and reducing manual effort
• Work closely with the Compensation Business Analysis Manager and Compensation Enablement Lead to identify data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, process improvement, and stakeholder experience

• 3+ years experience in compensation strategy and programs
• Experience in managing projects, business analysis, or operations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
