LTC Pharmacy Tech

A Pharmacy Technician with expertise in long-term care is needed to provide phone-based support for patients and healthcare providers.

• Serve as the primary phone support contact for patients and physician office staff
• Address inquiries about prescriptions and medication schedules
• Coordinate timely medication deliveries and assist with co-payment collection
• Triage calls efficiently to relevant departments when necessary
• Apply excellent communication skills to resolve issues during the initial call

• Valid pharmacy technician license in the state of residence
• PTCB certification is a plus
• Experience in pharmacy technician duties, specifically in long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple calls professionally
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
