Data Center Technician, ADC InfraOps DCO

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.

• Troubleshoot one or more operating systems
• Troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues
• Create and maintain documentation on technologies supported
• Convey SOPs to junior staff
• Act as an escalation point for junior technicians

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or Associate's degree and 2+ years of professional or military experience
• 2+ years of computer hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairing experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
