This position offers an opportunity to support patients and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional phone support services within a pharmacy setting.

• Provide phone support to patients and physician office staff
• Resolve medication issues and coordinate medication deliveries
• Collect co-payments from patients
• Answer diverse medication-related questions
• Triage calls efficiently to appropriate departments
• Practice first-call resolution to maximize customer satisfaction

• Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent experience
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must hold a valid pharmacy technician license in their residing state
• PTCB certification is a strong plus
