• Assist the change management team with the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies.
• Support communication efforts by drafting messages and providing data and insights to inform communication plans.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to change initiatives, including change requests, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness.

• 3+ years of change management experience either through consultancy, business operations, program management or process improvement roles.
• 1+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, consulting or similar industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
