About the role
The Digital Assets team is looking for a professional to support this global team and help in the development and delivery of Citi Global Wealth’s digital assets agenda. This role blends strategy, research, and execution, helping drive projects, produce insights, and coordinate across product, legal, compliance, and client engagement teams.
Responsibilities
- Support Digital Assets team managers in building cross-business and cross-functional digital asset capabilities.
- Conduct and analyze market and competitive trends in digital assets (e.g., cryptocurrencies, tokenization, stablecoins, custody solutions).
- Develop and manage relationships with digital asset and crypto industry stakeholders.
- Develop executive materials and client-facing content, including briefing notes, internal reports, and digital asset primers.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and other relevant partners to prepare digital asset thought leadership pieces.
- Support delivery of cross-functional initiatives
- Track regulatory, market, and product developments and summarize implications for Citi’s wealth business.
- Manage internal governance, project tracking, and coordination across global stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in strategy, product management, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated interest in the digital asset landscape, including cryptocurrencies, digital money, and tokenization trends.
- Excellent communication and PowerPoint / Excel skills; ability to simplify complexity.
- Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with senior leaders.
- Outstanding analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
