Cleared Engineering Operations Technician, ADC InfraOps DCEO

Data Center Engineering Operations Technicians (EOT) are Amazon Data Center’s front line responders for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation.

• Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment within the data center
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs
• Perform limited maintenance tasks
• Provide support to Data Center Operations technicians
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work

• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 1+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
