Long Term Care Pharmacy Technician

A pharmacy technician position is available on a contract basis, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in long-term care pharmacy and patient support.

• Provide phone support by communicating with patients and physician office staff
• Resolve medication-related issues and coordinate deliveries
• Collect co-payments and answer patient inquiries professionally
• Triage inbound calls to the appropriate departments as necessary
• Maintain high customer service standards for all interactions

• Pharmacy Technician certification and experience preferred
• Licensed pharmacy technician in the state of residence is required
• Experience with long-term care pharmacy operations is a plus
• PTCB certification is an advantage
