• Lead the design and implement robust testing strategies and automation frameworks
• Lead the development of secure, scalable engineering systems

• Integrate GenAI and modern testing architectures to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency
• Collaborate across disciplines and geographies to align on engineering goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Drive metric-based execution and continuous tracking of success indicators to inform priorities and outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
• 2+ years experience with testing frameworks OR engineering systems
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across disciplines and global teams
• Willingness to accommodate meetings and collaboration across US Pacific Time zone and Taiwan working hours
