Guest Services Specialist - AdventHealth - Location Address: 404 Celebration Place, Celebration FL Top Reasons to work at AdventHealth - Celebration Work Hours/Shift: Flexible Shift must be able to work all shifts You Will Be Responsible For: Demonstrates through behavior AdventHealths core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork as outlined in the organizations Performance Excellence Program booklet. Monitors and supports robotic and non-robotic events in progress, providing timely customer service from pre-event through close of programs; this includes but is not limited to supporting catering needs for all programs. Monitors the maintenance of Nicholson Center conference space; maintains the physical appearance of the conference space as a premier and critical tour stop for potential clients/partners. Handles Registration Desk duties as assigned, managing customer check-in, customer service, and other tasks as they arise. Utilizes a flexible attitude and willingness to make changes. Promotes and contributes positively to departmental team work. Qualifications What You Will Need: Required: Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work under own initiative. Maintain a sense of calm under pressure Preferred: Creativity in organizational skills with attention to detail, self-motivation, adaptability, people skills, and a team player. Hospitality Catering Service 3 years experience in Customer Service, Retail, or similar field
